Who owns what is shown here

The design, layout, code, copy and original graphics of this site are my work and remain my intellectual property. The case studies document projects I designed, and the underlying brands, logos, product screens and trademarks belong to the respective clients and companies — Helen Marlen, Dragons Lake, Aromateque, Oberig, Techiia, Vista and others. They appear here as documentation of my role in those projects, not as a claim of ownership over those brands.

Every project shown is published either with the client's agreement or after the work became public. Anything still covered by a confidentiality agreement is not on this site, and I will not share it on request.

What you may do

• Read, share and link to any page here.
• Quote a short passage with attribution and a link back.
• Reference the work when evaluating me for a role or a project — that is what it is for.

What you may not do

• Republish case studies, images or copy as your own work, or present them in a portfolio that is not mine.
• Use the material to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model without written permission.
• Scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site.
• Use my name, likeness or the client brands shown here to imply an endorsement that does not exist.

No engagement is created by browsing

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Timelines, phases and outcomes described in the Process and case-study pages reflect past projects; your project gets its own scope and its own written agreement before any work starts.

Accuracy and availability

I keep this site current to the best of my knowledge, but I make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Content may change or move without notice. Metrics quoted in case studies are the figures reported by the client or measured at the time; they describe those projects and are not a promise of comparable results elsewhere.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If a dispute cannot be resolved by a conversation — which it almost always can — it falls to the competent courts of Ukraine.
